Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed after payment has been received and confirmed. Orders submitted before the applicable daily cutoff may qualify for same-day dispatch where the relevant stock and shipping service are available.
United States
Eligible paid orders placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Time are targeted for same-day dispatch.
Europe
Eligible paid orders placed before 3:30 PM UK time are targeted for same-day dispatch.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times can vary according to destination, carrier, service level, seasonal demand, customs processing and circumstances outside our control.
Tracking
Tracking information is provided when available after an order has been dispatched.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. Additional costs resulting from incorrect information may be the customer's responsibility.
